Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth onboarding of the user/customer2. Maintain and strengthen the relationship with existing customers3. Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each customer’s requirements and ensure the highest satisfaction4. Achieving the renewals targets on a monthly basis5. Harnessing relationships to generate leads from referrals to maximize our profits.6. Retain customers who raised an issue for refund/cancellation.

Pre-requisites:

• Fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada Language• Laptop or Desktop, Phone and High-Speed Internet Connectivity
