Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for – 1. To spearhead the product development initiatives of the Company’s Application Research Laboratory [ARL]. Primary responsibility shall be to create a product pipeline to effectively enhance the Company’s competitive edge in the market. 2. The executive shall be leading a team of professionals to develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating with Sales Team, end users and based on market feedback and market trend analysis. Incumbent should facilitate close interaction with customers, OEMs and Key accounts to develop and deliver products that help the Company to enhance market share, ensuring availability of customer accepted products / solutions in the identified products and markets. 3. The incumbent should lead the team in effectively supporting the manufacturing / operations steam through transfer of new technology, value engineering, RM substitution, handing over of SOPs for effective scaling from pilot to batch production.
