As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers. Responsibilities: -Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. -Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers. -Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. -Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner. -Ensure accuracy and quality of orders before serving them to customers. -Check on customers throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction. -Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions. -Set up dining areas, including cleaning and arranging tables and chairs. -Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth -communication and order accuracy. -Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. -Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. -Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and service. Qualifications: -Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role is preferred. -Strong customer service and communication skills. -Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. -Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment. -Team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Professional and well-groomed appearance. -Basic math skills for processing payments. -Ability to stand and move for extended periods. -High school diploma or equivalent.
