Job Description

1 Receiving the cash from Bank 3.3.1.1 Counting bundles and verifying 10 packets in each bundle. 3.3.2 Cash Preparation 3.3.2.1 Bundle unstrapping 3.3.2.2 Cash preparation: removing the bands from packets in such manner that staple pins and rubber band are removed. 3.3.2.3 Keeping the slips of packets deposit/branch wise for bank?s records/action. 3.3.2.4 Handing over cash for machine operation 3.3.3 Cash Processing on FANVPM 3.3.3.1 Processing the cash of each deposit separately ensuring that discrepancy belongs to respective deposits. 3.3.3.2 Quality sorting :- ATM fit, FIT and Unfit 3.3.3.3 Rejected notes :- Count deposit-wise rejected pieces and hand over to Bank staff with Branch slips for verification and deposit reconciliation. 3.3.3.4 Cash processing machines to be used at optimum level. 3.3.4 Post Processing of unfit bundles 3.3.4.1 Opening machine processed shrink wrapped unfit bundles and un-banding.
