Job Responsibility Male Cleaner and Female Cleaner:

• Empty & clean all dust bins• Dust clean all the tables, furniture, computers, cabinet etc. in the office area.• Swept and Damp moped the uncarpeted floors in all classrooms & labs• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.• Thorough vacuum the carpeted floors• Disposal of garbage to the nearest Municipality skip• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets• Report to the supervisor any incident or accident.• General cleaning such as Male& Female, toilets and its fittings with suitable disinfectant• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition• Maintain Checklist.

Job Description for Gardener

• Plants, transplants, fertilizes, applies chemicals, waters, prunes, and weeds flower beds and plant areas.• Maintains flowers, bushes, trees, and shrubs.• Implements detailed landscape plans.• Plants and propagates bedding plants; may manage greenhouse operations, as applicable.• Assists in the work direction and on-the-job training of other personnel.• Picks up and disposes of litter.• May assist in various maintenance activities as required.• May operate a motor vehicle to transport materials and equipment, as appropriate to the position.• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.• May oversee and/or assist with snow removal activities.• May irrigate, mow, rake, and trim lawns and/or athletic fields.• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Description for Glass Cleaner

• Removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades.• Determining whether window glass is clear, reflective, or tinted, and adapting window cleaning techniques accordingly.• Using a scrim or microfiber cloth to dry around the edges of the glass.• Using toweling cloths to remove excess water and moisture from window sills.• Ensuring that all window cleaning and lift equipment are in good working order.• Operating aerial lift platforms and other lift equipment to reach the windows of high-rise buildings.• Ensuring that the company vehicle is adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times.• Appropriately cleaning up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind.
