E-commerce Marketplace Manager Our company is on the lookout for an E-commerce Marketplace Manager who will be responsible for site operations, online marketing, promotions, and brand maintenance. This position will cooperate closely with Merchants, Marketing, and other areas of the company to execute existing and develop new Marketplace initiatives and opportunities designed to meet and exceed the needs of the customer and the Marketplace E-Commerce revenue goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Implementation of the different e-commerce marketplaces including (but not limited to Namshi, Noon, Ounass, Amazon, and other marketplace websites in the GCC /MENA. 2. Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance. 3. Reconciliation of Marketplace listings 4. Work at both the strategic and tactical levels 5. Overseeing the development of customer relationships through marketplace. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing or general eCommerce management 2. Experience: E-commerce Platforms including (but not limited to) Namshi, Noon, Ounass, Amazon, and other marketplace websites in the GCC /MENA region. 3. Established understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems and processes 4. Strong project management skills 5. Analytical and Strategic Thinking 6.
