Job Details

• Executing technical rounds and reporting any Technical issue. • Operating the Assets in the best possible way to achieve maximum performance and minimum breakdown. • Ensure Preventive Maintenance tasks are performed properly as per the job plan, standard operating procedures. • Ensure all assets and systems are operating as per the design or operational requirement. • Ensure proper reactive maintenance in case of asset or system breakdown. • Ensure to master all aspects of the system and assets under the responsibility. • Ensure a safe environment for all staff and other persons working on the premises. • Knowledge of HVAC controls and regulations. • Ability to use and interpret tools and measurements and readings. • Autonomous troubleshoot and repair of HVAC system. • Including Electronic and Mechanical components. • Hands-on skills in problem diagnosis. • Able to conduct performance checks, interpret results and propose corrective action to team leader. • Hands-on experience in brazing work related to HVAC. • Able to read interpret technical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams. • Good knowledge of applicable standards and codes. • Able to write reports.
