We are looking for Customer Service cum Accounts Assistant to be assigned in DUBAI – Handles first level customer inquiries either face to face or over the phone. – Knowledge in ZOHO or Quickbooks is an advantage – Prepare and record accurately job orders, sales invoices and collections – Oversee billing and receive payment from customer – Monitors office supplies stock and groceries items. – Makes sure the sales team follows the standard price and discount policies. – Performs daily sales and cash closing activity as per the company standard operating procedures. – Manages and answers first level customers’ needs, concerns, inquiries and complaints, and reports them to the manager.
