We are seeking for Office assistant Responsibilities: Serving meal & beverages to our higher management on daily basis and even during meetings. Monitor level of pantry & stationery supplies and handle shortages. Courier management. Supporting management & office staff with scanning & filing. Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures. Perform receptionist duties when needed. Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner. Any other tasks/responsibilities of similar nature or level entrusted by reporting manager.
