Duties/Responsibilities: · Assist with tending to errands for colleagues & guests for pick-up and/or deliveries. · Provides a variety of business services such as shipping packages and assisting with printing needs. · Preparing drinks for our colleagues and guests as required, knowledge of specialty tea and coffees would be advantageous. · Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment. Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties such as printing and scanning. Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees. · Receives, stores, and/or delivers mail and luggage. · Acquires daily care items such as toiletries · Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of colleagues & guests. · Maintain inventory of supplies. · Performs other related duties as assigned. call; 054-3537346 054-4581398
