Job Description: • Responsible in Project Site. • Supervise, Coordinate with Labors and Project related. • Responsible for compiling or reviewing the bidding quantity list, control price or base price, and compiling or reviewing the commercial part of the bid quotation for construction projects. • Review the related content of the construction contract or subcontract project cost. • Participate in the joint review of drawings, and put forward reasonable suggestions on the project cost. • Responsible for engineering measurement during the construction phase of the project, compiling progress reports, sorting out related materials such as project changes, visas, and claims during the construction period, and adjusting the contract price. • Responsible for compiling or reviewing the completion settlement, and doing a good job in settlement related work. • Cooperate with the project department to review the project quantity and payable price of the subcontractor. • Responsible for the collection and sorting of related data on the project cost of each completed project, and timely archive and properly keep the historical data on the project cost. • Responsible for communication and contact with relevant departments such as the engineering cost department, the engineering cost audit unit and other relevant departments. Job Requirements: • College degree or above, Engineering or related major; • More than 2 years of work experience as Site Foreman; • Proficiency in the use of engineering budget software; • Master the current specifications and requirements of installation budget; • Be well-behaved and loving Dedication; • Serious and responsible work, patient and meticulous; • Work experience related to installation cost is preferred; Please send Updated CV With Attached Photo to email add intlcontracting.ae@gmail.com.
