Key Responsibility:

· To maintain a tidy interior and exterior appearance of the office/building.

Job Description:

· Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

· Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.

· Collecting and distributing couriers

· Cleaning (such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, Mopping) designated facility areas.

· Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks.

· Notify management of repairs required.

· Ability to use electrical equipment (e.g. vacuums, polishers and steam machines) in a safe and effective manner.
