We are currently looking for a Waiter/Waitress/Hostess to join the front of house team at our Artisan Italian eatery in Dubai Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Provide excellent Customer service Resolving Customer complaints. Take and serve accurate food and drink orders. Present menu and provide detailed information when asked. Offer menu recommendations upon request and upsell additional products when appropriate. Communicate order details accurately to the Kitchen Staff. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the Shop.
