Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption Answers the telephone if necessary. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing. Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
