We are looking to hire a restaurant supervisor oversee the day-to-day operations. Should demonstrate exemplary management and leadership skills and ensure that the restaurant staff carries out all duties efficiently.We prefer some one with previous juice making or barista experience Essential Functions: Develop comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, pricing and scripting for all standard products. Obtain all information related to the sales and operation team. Responsible for revenue targets Train staff to follow procedures and encourage them to upsell Day to day operation of the restaurant. Build relationship with suppliers Ensure strong team work among members Come up with plans to improve sales, menu, operations Ensure complete and accurate product details are communicated to the Kitchen and Operations. Maintain good organizational skills through time management, setting priorities, and accurate paperwork. Conducts and manages a complete quality control process to improve the efficiency and performance of all stores.
