Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A well-known manufacturer of perfumes and cosmetics. Job Description: • Interact directly with customers via e-mail, phone & social media • Review all posts and comments shared by customers on social media like Instagram and Facebook and provide positive compliments to customers, or answer any questions • Handle all “offline” sales in Middle East & Internationally and respond to any purchases that are made via phone, email and social media • Provide correct pricing and product information to customers • Handle translation (English – Arabic and vice versa) for operations department and when requested Requirements Qualifications: • Open to Arabic nationals • 35 years old and below • Bachelors/Masters or other related degree • Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar role and preferred candidate who is well versed in Arabic/English reading and writing How to Apply: Send your CV in word format online.
