Job Details

We are looking for a Document Controller to prepare, manage and file documents for our projects. Will responsible for Copy, scan and store documents: 1. Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts 2. Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows) 3. Distribute project-related copies to internal teams 4. File documents in physical and digital records 5. Create templates for future use 6. Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients Skills: 1. Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role 2. Familiarity with project management 3. Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law 4. Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel 5. Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) 6. Proficient typing and editing skills 7.
