We are growing fast and looking for a skilled Front Desk Receptionist in Business center, who will provide superb service for clients. Your responsibility: provide superior customer service in a professional and friendly manner in person, over the telephone or via email managing day to day administrative tasks from front reception including answering phones, mail and courier management, record keeping and filing, sending letters (strong aptitude for Microsoft products, especially Excel) liaising between the Business Center and clients maintain a high level of knowledge about the Center’s products and services, and ensure customers are provided with accurate information demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and punctuality.
