Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will help in scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer phone calls, book appointments, and manage salon schedules. Provide information about salon services and assist in service selection. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle client inquiries and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions. Process client payments and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth salon operations. Assist in maintaining salon inventory and supplies. Requirements: Female candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage. Knowledge of salon services and beauty products is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
