Job Title: Security Guard Job Overview: We are currently seeking vigilant and dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors by enforcing security protocols and procedures. Responsibilities: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter. Conduct regular patrols to identify and address security risks and maintain a visible presence. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and take appropriate action. Conduct thorough security checks on visitors, vehicles, and bags as needed. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary. Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or violations of policies. Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and incidents. Provide excellent customer service and assist employees and visitors with inquiries. Enforce company policies related to security and safety. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a related field. Strong observational and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic security procedures and protocols. Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.
