Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical. Assist in organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the company. Requirements: Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. Proficient in office software and communication tools. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
