Job Opportunity: Office Boy / Girl Location: Dubai, UAE We are seeking a responsible and diligent Office Boy / Girl to join our team in Dubai. The Office Boy / Girl will be responsible for various office support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. Responsibilities: Assist with office errands, such as delivering documents, parcels, and mail. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including the reception area, kitchen, and common areas. Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and meals for staff and guests. Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries. Assist in setting up and organizing meeting rooms and arranging seating for visitors. Handle basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Assist with the distribution of incoming faxes, emails, and courier deliveries. Assist in running errands outside the office, such as banking tasks or purchasing office supplies. Provide support to the administrative team and other departments as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Prior experience as an Office Boy / Girl or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
