Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into our databases and systems from various sources, including paper documents, spreadsheets, and digital files. Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data entered to ensure it meets quality standards. Documentation: Maintain and organize digital and paper records ensuring they are easily accessible and retrievable. Reporting: Generate regular reports and summaries based on data entered to support various departments within the company. Compliance: Ensure data entry procedures comply with company policies and industry regulations. Support: Assist other team members and departments with data-related tasks and projects as needed. Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of data entry work to identify and correct errors. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus. Experience: Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
