The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring a smooth process. Manage reservations and room assignments. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments. Coordinate with other departments to meet guests’ needs and ensure a seamless stay. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security measures. Requirements: Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
