The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and making beds. Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock room amenities. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are spotless and well-stocked. Ensure all room amenities are in place and functional, including TV remote controls, stationery, and toiletries. Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them to the maintenance department. Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage area. Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies. Handle guest requests and provide additional services as needed, such as delivering extra towels or pillows. Assist with cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Complete daily checklists and report any discrepancies or damage in rooms. Requirements: Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
