We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy, oversee campaigns, and grow our customer base. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments, manage a dynamic marketing team, and make a direct impact on business performance.  Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content, events). Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategy. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, from concept to execution. Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign ROI. Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists. Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align messaging.  Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus). 3–5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership position. Proven success in creating and executing marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
