Open Positions

• Supervisor (Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC/Civil)
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Technical Officer (Electrical/Mechanical/ELV)
  • Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
• FRC Operator
  • Diploma in Technical Education
  • 3 years’ experience operating a CMMS system
• Chiller Operator
  • Certificate of Technical Education or equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience in chiller operation/HVAC systems maintenance and repair
• Janitorial Supervisor
  • Qualified in Facility Management
  • At least 5 years’ experience in custodial/janitorial work, with supervisory background
