Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Store Manager

• Degree with minimum 5–7 years retail store experience (Supermarket/Hypermarket) with at least 4 years as section supervisor or above in GCC
• Roles: Supermarket Manager, Department Store Manager, Back End Manager, Receiving In-Charge, Fresh Food Manager, Front End Manager

Section Supervisor

• Plus-Two with minimum 4–6 years in reputed Supermarket/Hypermarket; 2 years as Section Supervisor in GCC
• Areas: Fruits & Vegetables, Fishery, Butchery, Delicatessen, Roastery, Hot Food, Bakery, Frozen Chilled & Dairy, Grocery Food & Non-Food, Household & Toys

Store Buyer

• Bachelor’s degree, 4–7 years in procurement/purchasing in retail, preferably supermarket/hypermarket/fresh food

Fresh Food Category

• Plus-Two, 2–4 years supermarket/hypermarket experience in GCC
• Roles: Fish Monger, Butcher, Delicatessen Counter Staff

Hot Food Category

• 3–5 years retail experience; supermarket/hypermarket/central kitchen background
• Roles: Sushi Maker, Arabic Cook, South Indian Cook, Barista (Philippino), Snack Maker, Chaat Maker, Tea Master, Shawarma Maker, Grill Maker, Arabic Kubos & Manakish Maker

Bakery Category

• 3–5 years bakery production/retail/supermarket experience
• Roles: Baker (Indian & Bread), Cookie Maker, Arabic Sweet Maker, Pastry Chef, Puff Maker
