Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a Facilities Management (FM) company
- Knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems required
- Minimum ITI qualification required (for Multi Technicians: ITI in HVAC or Electrical)
- For HVAC Technician: VRF experience in an FM company or OEM preferred
