1. Facility / Operations Engineer – Manual Driver’s License Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, 3–5 years UAE Facilities Management experience
• Specializing in MEP operations/services; knowledge of mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems
• Able to interpret drawings/specifications, excellent English communication skills
• Familiar with UAE health, safety, regulatory standards

2. Swimming Pool / Water Features Engineer (Maintenance) – Manual Driver’s License Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, 3–5 years experience (Pools & aquatic systems)
• Operation, troubleshooting & maintenance of pools, saunas, jacuzzis, fountains etc.
• Skilled in pump & filtration systems, chlorine/pH control, UV/ozone/dosing equipment
• Supervision experience, periodic inspections, stock procurement, quotations & client handling

3. Pool Maintenance Technician

• ITI or Diploma holder, 3–5 years experience (Pool & aquatic maintenance)
• Operation and repair of electromechanical pool & spa systems
• Regular inspections, corrective actions, scheduled PPM/reactive maintenance, CAFM work order updates
• Technical support for engineers and contractors

4. Civil Technician (Painter / Carpenter / Mason) – Manual Driver’s License Required

• ITI Certification or Diploma in a relevant trade
• 2–3 years GCC Facilities Management experience
