Job Details

The School is looking for Receptionist who is the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, maintaining student records, and providing administrative support to the school management. Key Responsibilities: Greet parents, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage all incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Handle student attendance records and daily attendance reports. Coordinate student pick-up/drop-off lists and bus schedules (if applicable). Maintain and update student files, documents, and forms. Assist in admissions, registration, and documentation processes. Support teachers and admin staff with printing, copying, and general office tasks. Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Schedule appointments and meetings for the school administration. Distribute circulars, memos, and notices to parents and staff. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
