We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional dining experiences to guests. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction. Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and professionally. Process payments and issue receipts. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining environment. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
