Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the FLS (Fire Life Safety) maintenance field.
- Region: Experience must be specifically within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Fire Fighting Systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on firefighting systems (pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, and extinguishers).
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for all equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to restore system operations.
Fire Alarm Systems
- Maintain fire alarm systems including panels, detectors, manual call points, sounders, and interfaces.
- Inspect and maintain Central Battery / Monitoring Systems (CBS), battery banks, chargers, and emergency lighting.
- Conduct functional and continuity tests as per NFPA and local civil defense requirements.
- Maintain compliance documentation and test reports.
