About the Role
Central Tents is looking for dedicated candidates with solid storekeeping experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking professionals who can manage inventory accurately, maintain organized storage systems, and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and products.
- Storage & Labelling: Ensure proper storage and labelling of items for easy identification and retrieval.
- Digital Record Keeping: Maintain accurate stock records using store management software (ERP, SAP, Tally, etc.).
- Stock Auditing: Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Procurement Support: Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests when inventory is low.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe store area and follow company safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience within the UAE.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, and MS Office (specifically Excel and Word).
- Availability: Ready to join the team immediately.
- Skills: Strong organizational, record-keeping, and data entry accuracy skills.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
