Available Positions and Requirements

1. Assistant Store Manager

• Roles: Supermarket Manager, Fresh Food Manager, Department Store Manager.
• Age: Below 38 years.
• Qualification: Degree holder.
• Experience: 5–7 years in Retail (Minimum 4 years as a Section Supervisor or above in the GCC).

2. Section Supervisor

Experience required in the following departments: Fruits & Vegetables, Fishery, Butchery, Delicatessen, Roastery, Grocery (Food & Non-Food), Home Linen, Household, Bakery, and Chill & Dairy.

• Age: Below 35 years.
• Qualification: Plus-Two (High School).
• Experience: 4–6 years in Supermarket/Hypermarket (Minimum 2 years as a Section Supervisor in the GCC).

3. Fresh Food Category Staff

Specific roles include: Fish Monger, Butcher, Delicatessen Counter Staff, Salad Maker / Juice Maker, and Arabic Cooks.

• Age: Below 30 years.
• Qualification: Plus-Two (High School).
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant Supermarket/Hypermarket experience in the GCC.
