1. Control Room Operator
We are looking for a skilled Control Room Operator to oversee building operations and maintenance monitoring.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 3 years technical course certification.
- Experience: At least five (5) years’ experience in building operations and maintenance.
- Skills: Proven experience in call logging, monitoring, and dispatching.
- Language: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (Mandatory).
2. CMMS Operator
We are hiring a CMMS Operator to manage facilities data and maintenance support systems.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Technical Course Certification in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum three (3) years’ experience in facilities, building operations, or maintenance support.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in updating data, generating, and closing PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) work orders.
- Software: Must be computer literate with working knowledge of CMMS software.
