Available Vacancies and Requirements

Latinem Facilities Management is looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Facilities Supervisor (MEP)

• Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in Facilities MEP, HVAC (including FAHU, AHU, VRF).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering.

2. Facilities Engineer

• Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in HVAC Systems, Plumbing, Firefighting Systems, Electrical & Power Distribution.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

3. Housekeeping Supervisor

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Residential, Commercial, or Hotel environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Hotel Management preferred).

General Requirements & Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical distribution, Plumbing, and Fire Safety equipment.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Physically fit and hardworking for on-site operations.
• Excellent communication skills for smooth department coordination.
