Key Requirements:
- 4-5 years of FMCG or soft drinks sales experience (Supervisory role preferred).
- Ability to meet monthly and quarterly targets for volume, distribution, and coverage.
- Strong people management and customer relationship skills.
- Capable of guiding and motivating Sales Executives through market visits and route rides.
- Expertise in ensuring proper use of cold drink equipment and on-ground visibility.
