1. Lifeguard Positions

Candidates applying for the Lifeguard role must demonstrate high physical fitness and hold the necessary legal certifications to operate in the UAE.

Physical Requirements:

• Swim freestyle (100m) and backstroke (100m).
• Swim 50m in less than 60 seconds.
• Dive 2m to retrieve a 4kg object.
• Tread water for 5 minutes without stopping.

Documents Required for Lifeguards:

CV	Updated Curriculum Vitae
Education	Educational Certificates
License	Valid UAE Lifeguard License (Mandatory for interview)

2. Security Supervisor Positions

Emrill is seeking experienced supervisors to manage personnel, ensure adherence to safety procedures, and maintain staff morale.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory SIRA Certification specifically for Security Supervisor level.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management as a Security Supervisor.
• Ability to mentor team members and manage employee welfare.

Job Role	Supervise personnel, respond to incidents, and prepare reports.
Experience	2+ Years in FM Security Supervision
Certification	SIRA (Supervisor Level)
