Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment. Key duties include:

• Patrolling assigned areas to detect and deter suspicious activity.
• Monitoring security cameras and alarm systems.
• Responding to emergencies, disturbances, and medical incidents.
• Conducting regular security checks of the premises.
• Ensuring compliance with company security policies and procedures.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of security protocols.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.

Candidate Requirements

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• SIRA License: All candidates MUST possess a valid SIRA certification.
