• BIM Modeler (Architectural & Civil): 3-10+ years UAE experience. Must be an expert in Revit and Navisworks.
• Architectural Draftsman: 3-10+ years UAE experience. Revit and Navisworks proficiency required.
• Technical Junior Engineer: 2-6 years UAE experience in technical office/drafting support. Revit/CAD expert.
• FF&E Designer: 5-10 years UAE experience in luxury fit-out projects.

2. Site & Project Team

• Site Architect: 3-10+ years UAE experience with a reputable contractor.
• Project Director / Technical Manager: 15-20+ years UAE experience with 3-4 major projects from execution to handover.
• Project/Construction Manager: 15+ years UAE experience with 3-4 major projects handled end-to-end.
• Site / Project Engineer (Execution): 3+ years experience in the UAE.
• MEP Project Manager: 15+ years UAE experience with 3-4 major project cycles completed.
