Assistant Store Manager	Degree with 5-7 years retail experience  (min 4 years as Section Supervisor in GCC).
Section Supervisor	Plus-Two with 4-6 years experience (min 2 years as Section Supervisor in GCC). Areas: Grocery, Roastery, Bakery, etc.
Fresh Food Category	Plus-Two with 2-4 years of Supermarket/ Hypermarket experience in GCC.  (Fish Monger, Butcher, Salad Maker).
Receivers	Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of Supermarket/Hypermarket experience.
