Available Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria

Management & Supervisory Roles

• Store Manager: Degree with 8-12 years retail experience (Hypermarket), 3 years as Asst. Store Manager or above in GCC.
• Section Managers: (Supermarket, Department Store, Fresh Food, Front End, Lifestyle). Degree with 5-7 years retail experience.
• Supermarket Buyer / Fresh Food Buyer: Bachelor Degree with 4-7 years local purchase experience in retail (GCC).
• Category Supervisors: Plus-Two with 4-6 years experience (Hypermarket/Supermarket).
• Front End / Cash Supervisor: Plus-Two with 4-6 years experience.
• Housekeeping Supervisor: Plus-Two with 2-4 years experience.

Staff & Operational Roles

• Cashier: Plus-Two with minimum 1-year Supermarket experience. Basic English and fluent Hindi required.
• Salesman / Senior Salesman: Plus-Two with 1-2 years Supermarket/Retail experience.
• Customer Service Executive: Plus-Two with 2 years experience.
• Fish Cutter / Butcher: Plus-Two with 2 years experience in Retail/Stall.
• Internal Security: Plus-Two with 2 years experience (SIRA/PSBD certification is an advantage).
• Receiving In-Charge / Receiver: B.Com or Plus-Two with relevant experience in logistics/retail.
• Counter Staff: (Delicatessen/Hot Food/Bakery). Plus-Two with 2 years experience.
