Available Job Vacancies and Requirements

1. Furniture Coordinator

• Education: Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture operations, maintenance, and inventory management.

2. Instrument Technician (Lab Equipment)

• Education: Minimum 2-year Technical Certificate (Electronics, Instrumentation, or Biomedical).
• Experience: 5–7 years in laboratory equipment operation and maintenance (University, Hospital, or FM organization).
• Skills: Strong background in troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

3. Electrical Technician

• Education: Minimum 2-year Technical Certificate (Electronics, Instrumentation, or Biomedical).

4. Plumber

• Experience: 8 years of work experience directly related to plumbing duties and responsibilities.
