Job Qualifications & Requirements

MEP Supervisors / Junior Engineers

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE Facilities Management experience with strong MEP operations exposure.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Familiarity with UAE QHSE and regulatory standards.
• Mandatory: UAE Manual Driving License.

Civil Supervisors

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE Facilities Management or construction experience.
• Strong expertise in civil maintenance and fit-out works.
• Good knowledge of civil systems with basic understanding of MEP coordination.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Familiarity with UAE QHSE and regulatory standards.
• Mandatory: UAE Manual Driving License.

CAFM Operators

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE Facilities Management experience.
• Strong expertise in CAFM systems (FSI Concept Evolution, IBM Maximo, Archibus, Codemates, or similar).
• Advanced knowledge of facility workflows, asset management, PPM planning & service requests.
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and data visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
