Detailed Job Descriptions

1. Engineering Supervisor

• Supervise daily maintenance operations in hotels and residences.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Handle HVAC systems (FCU, FAHU, Heat Exchanger).
• Requirement: Min 5 years hotel maintenance experience & Valid UAE manual driving license.

2. HVAC Technicians

• Maintain and troubleshoot chillers, split units, and package units.
• Perform gas charging, leak detection, and duct cleaning.
• Requirement: 3-4 years hotel maintenance experience.

3. Electricians

• Maintain electrical systems, DB panels, and lighting.
• Handle generator and UPS system maintenance.
• Requirement: Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.

4. Plumber

• Maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary fixtures.
• Handle pump and valve maintenance.
• Support hotel guest room and kitchen plumbing works.

5. Multiskilled Technician

• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works.
• Repairs furniture, doors, locks, and painting works.
