Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

For MEP Engineer & Supervisor Roles:

• Education: Engineering certification or a diploma in a relevant trade is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience within the UAE's Facilities Management sector. Demonstrated expertise in MEP operations and services is required.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including the capability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary to engage professionally with stakeholders and clients.
• Standards: Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards within the facilities management domain.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driver's license will be considered an advantage.
• Joining Status: Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining (candidates on a visit visa or cancelled visa, ready to start within 5–7 days).

For Technician Roles (Chiller, MEP, Civil, Electrician, Plumber):

• Education: ITI certification or a diploma in a relevant technical trade is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the Facilities Management sector within the GCC region.
• Technical Skills: Excellent technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Language: Basic proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Driving License: Having a valid UAE driver's license provides an added advantage.
• Joining Status: Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining (on a visit visa or with a cancelled visa).
