The following positions are currently open for recruitment:

• Head Chef – Responsible for overall kitchen operations and Japanese cuisine preparation.
• Chef de Partie (CDP) – Responsible for managing specific kitchen sections.
• Prep Chef – Responsible for kitchen preparation, mise en place, and assisting senior chefs.
• Supervisor – Responsible for overseeing daily operations, floor activities, and team performance.

Eligibility Criteria & Key Requirements

Location Requirement: Candidates must be currently based and locally available within the UAE.

Experience: Relevant prior working experience in the hospitality, food truck, café, or restaurant industry for the applied position.

Cuisine Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with Japanese cuisine/food preparation is an added advantage.

Skills: Passion for hospitality, good communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work in a dynamic food truck environment.
