Vacant Roles and Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the role-specific requirements mentioned below prior to attending the interview session:

1. Resident Technician (Female)

• Basic knowledge of Facility Management operations.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
• Open exclusively for female candidates.

2. Engineer – STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of Spring STP and DPW T3 STP, including 22 sewage pumping stations and their associated sewerage networks.
• Responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of all STP facilities, pumping stations, and sewerage infrastructure.

3. Heavy Duty Driver

• Must possess a valid UAE Driving License No. 4 (Heavy Vehicle / Heavy Duty).
• Prior driving experience in transport or facility logistics operations is advantageous.

Selection Process
