Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience Level Requirements

The appointment level will be determined based on total relevant experience, technical capability, and project exposure:

• Engineer I: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Engineer II: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Engineer III: 10+ years of relevant experience.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Relevant experience in QA/QC, testing, and commissioning, preferably within MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and construction projects.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant engineering codes, international standards, testing procedures, and QA/QC requirements.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management practices is an added advantage.
• Strong technical reporting, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.
